Your role will be to assist and support 30-40 clients in the Letting and Estate agent sector, based throughout the UK, through email communication and Zoom calls.
You will need to love working with people, helping them take the steps to think about their business growth and the opportunities that leads can give them and their business. Supporting them through being the first point of contact of client enquiry, organising catch up calls, and being there to answer their questions.
We need some assistance now—someone to join our team to assist with our customer relations.
Our office is fun and vibrant, with a Google hangout feel. We have lunches and snacks all included, and we all stop to have lunch together every day. We celebrate each other’s successes, birthdays, and important moments as a team.
To drive our continued success, we need a great Client Success Manager, who needs to be an awesome communicator, a totally success-driven person, and hugely positive, with the ability to organise and be forward thinking.
You will need to be an energetic, enthusiastic, and capable person with a real zest for helping and serving people.
Provide support for a busy sales and events office
Organise delegates prior to events
Prepare delegate workbook packs
Organise and prepare SWAG for events
Organise and control administrative processes
Liaise with delegates
Handle and nurture new enquiries
Stock Control
Printing, copying, filing and mailing
Maintaining records
Diary organisation
Support to senior team
You have served some time in a customer service environment or can demonstrate a good personality
You love to help and serve people, and you can demonstrate this
You are reliable, conscientious, and courteous, but also firm
You understand the importance of getting back to people and keeping others in the loop
Nurture our customers through email communications
To manage monthly catch up calls
Co-ordinate and send our reporting files
Track their success
Be their point of contact and keep communicating based upon previous conversations
Keep our client database up-to-date
Refer to other opportunities within the group of businesses where suited
Manage Excel reports
Manage sales reports

This is an office-based role.
The salary package will be geared to your previous experience and successes, plus your ability to demonstrate the skills we need. You will be judged primarily on your previous record, communications skills, and character as being suited to working in our organisation.

Salary: £28,000-£33,000 OTE

You must be able to work well on your own to achieve certain tasks when required.

You will be based at our Wolverhampton offices & training centre, with some events elsewhere in the UK with stays in hotels, and occasional travel overseas.
You will be required to continuously develop your skills – We have a STRONG learning culture and CPD requirement – but FUN learning, much from US coaches, online and occasionally physically overseas.
Earnings will comprise a basic salary (£20k-£25k depending on experience) with commission, mobile phone and expenses, with a realistic opportunity to earn £40- £50k for on-target performance for the RIGHT person.
